From a first home to a family home.

This is my second opportunity working with Sharon and her wonderful team. 15 years ago (Dec 2009) my wife and I were just married 3 months, however we’ve been planning on purchasing our 1st home for several months. After 3 realtors and viewing countless properties, I was ready to stop the search. We were introduced to Sharon and I remember telling my wiife, “aw another realtor? What is she going to do that the other 3 have not done?” With initial doubt I agreed to meet and view the first 3 properties on Sharon’s list. In that same day and we found our dream “starter” home and became first time homebuyers. 15 years and 4 children later we were truly in need our dream “family” home who did we call? Yes, you guessed it, Sharon. This time around this house search was even more special to me and my family. January of 2025 my kids and I recognized the 2 year mark of my wife (their mom) gaining her wings to forever be in HIS KINGDOM. February 14th 2025 we sold our starter home in the morning and closed on our DREAM home in the afternoon. Sharon was with us every step of the way.
